Blossom Into Being

Soulgarden is my love letter to life.
The rich color palette embraces the physical and metaphysical essence of the spiritual traditions that inspire me, including the 10 colors of the Kabbalistic Tree of Life.
Loving life whole-heartedly means embracing all colors with passion. Each color represents the next step of inner development leading to the full expression of the soul’s fulfillment. Soulgarden presents a rich bouquet of colors planted in the soul and harvested in the garden of life.
The Creative Process
I began working on this one-of-a-kind oil painting March 2021 and completed Soulgarden December 2021. My creative process requires a regular meditation practice. I only create art when I have reached my inner sanctuary of Unity.
I carefully layer the colors and allow them to dry for a few weeks, before the next layer of vibrant oil colors is applied. This process, which I developed in my twenties, allows for depth of color and a rich texture, which brings joy, light and playfulness to the viewer.
